GSQA provides an integrated, supplier Non-Conformance Management system that streamlines the creation, tracking and resolution non-conformance issues using a one cycle system. Your company sends an NCR to your supplier to correct an issue, your supplier complies with the corrected information and the cycle is completed, without hassle of your employees having to 'babysit' the NCR.

How Supplier Non-Conformance Management Works

GSQA will allow your company to open non-conformance requests (NCRs) directly within GSQA. Depending on the type of NCR opened, GSQA provides the necessary forms for collecting all relevant data about the material and how to dispose of it, if rejected. The NCM area tracks the cause, effect, and cost to your company for each issue, giving you control and the ability to see which of your suppliers are having the greatest negative impact on your company's productivity and profits.

Once approved, GSQA automatically notifies both internal and supplier personnel that action is required. The supplier may be required to provide a response which must be approved by your company before the NCR can be closed. GSQA tracks all CARs, providing real time and summary reports, as well as other cost analysis in addition to other quality and yield reports. All of these activities are integrated with the supplier scorecards, for simple, easy to use performance reports.
