GSQA builds its database by associating supplier quality parameters to 'in process' testing and general production results. The parameters and batch results come from a variety of sources, ranging from existing legacy systems to shop floor test results. After collecting this information, GSQA uses a series of statistical calculations to determine the relationships and the direction between the raw material's quality, finished product tests and process variables.
